Project 365 #349 - Raspberry Leaf Tea


Day 349 - Raspberry Leaf Tea - I've heard many a good thing about drinking raspberry leaf tea in the last few weeks of pregnancy , from 32 weeks onward (i'm now 33 weeks!).  Apparently it strengthens and tones the muscles of the uterus helping them to contract more efficiently and can in effect shorten the second stage of labour.  It has also been known to shrink the uterus back to its former size if sipped after delivery.  All sounds good to me, only time will tell if it actually does anything.
