FESTIVE FACE

I really do love playing around with make up.  I kinda wish I had studied the world of beauty and make up artistry when I left school rather than training to become a medical secretary (i'm really hating my job at the moment).

I really loved how this make up look went and wanted to document it for future reference and if you guys are interested then this is what I used.

BASE

After my usual morning skincare regime I applied Rimmel match perfection in the shade 101 Classic Ivory to my whole face blending in with my fingers.
I then applied Collection lasting perfection concealer in the shade fair to hide my under eye circles (they are pretty bad from treating Fletcher's hypo's at 3am in the morning)
Bronzer was The BodyShop baked to last bronzer in 02 Warm Glow
Blush was Mac Ladyblush (probably my most used blush, everyone should have this shade)
Benefit High Beam to highlight my cheekbones

EYES

Mac pigment in Naked brushed all over my lid taking it up to my brow bone followed by Mac pigment in copper sparkle just on my lid.  A tiny bit of creep from the Urban Decay Naked Palette (its just a black shadow) as close to the to the lower and upper lashline as possible using a flat angled brush
Rimmel scandaleyes eye pencil in nude on my waterline
After curling my eyelashes I applied 2 coats of my all time favourite mascara Maxfactor Masterpiece Max in black.

BROWS

I filled my brows in with a mix of Buck from the Urban Decay Naked Palette and my wax pencil from Mac in the colour wheat.

LIPS

Mac - So Chaud.  Using a liner brush I lined the outline of my lips with the colour before gently dabbing it on to get just a subtle colour.  This is such a beautiful shade and I like that you can make as bold or as subtle as you like.

I hope you enjoyed this post.
Keep Smiling
