Sorry my Project 365 is seriously tardy, I should have more time to keep it up to date now that I have officially left work!!  This week has been chaotic.  I can safely say that work have squeezed every last inch of life out of me.  I was supposed to be winding down for my maternity leave but ended up having to cover someones sick leave for the last 5 weeks in a busy office. I ended up being wound up rather than winding down.  It all got to me on Thursday and I had a bit of a meltdown in the office, sobbed my heart out if i'm honest, which is totally unlike me.  I just felt absolutely exhausted from the sheer volume of work.  I know pregnancy isn't an illness but it does slow you down and is very challenging on your body physically and emotionally.  I'm so fortunate to have such a brilliant husband who held me whilst I continued to sob when I got home and brushed my tears away and reminded me that I only had 1 more day to go!  I don't know what I would do without that guy.

The week wasn't all bad though, I did managed to make some Christmas cards and also some mini tarts for my leaving do which I had on Monday afternoon in work.  My work colleagues were so generous, I received £70 in vouchers, a Spa Day and also a £25 voucher for treatments in a beauty salon.  I had a day off work on Wednesday and took a lovely afternoon stroll in the woods with Dyl and Maisy Dog!  Its also my work Christmas do on Saturday so I spent Friday evening tanning, dying my hair and deciding what colour to paint my nails.

I plan on completely relaxing for the next few weeks until the nesting instinct takes over!!

Project 365 #329 - 30 Weeks

Day 329 - 30 Weeks - I can't wait to meet you oh little one!  When you move you make me smile, especially when I see little limbs poking through my skin.  You like kicking about under my ribs which is kinda painful but I'll let you off as its you.  Sometimes you press down real hard on my bladder and the urge to pee is so bad that I wonder if i'll make it to the loo on time.  You are a joy to carry and i'm so thankful that you are able to grow away at a steady rate in my body.....my body was made to carry you!  I can't wait to meet you my little nugget.  Ma x

Project 365 #318 - Treasure Trail

Day 318 - Treasure Trail - On Sunday I went to St Mawes with husband and my friends to do a Treasure Trail.  You are given a set of clues that you need to solve to find the hidden treasure. They really are great fun and a good way to explore a town/city/village.  This is about the 5th Treasure Trail we have done now and although I have lived in Cornwall for nearly 28 years I can safely say these fun days out have taught me a lot about Cornwall and we have discovered some really nice places.

I guessed the wrong location of the treasure so this is my sad face :-(

Project 365 #317 - Domino's & Movie Night

Day 317 - Domino's & Movie Night - The lovely people of Domino's recently contacted me offering free Pizza in return for a blogpost.........they so know the way to a pregnant girls heart!!! Who in there right mind what pass up on free Domino's?

Those of you that have followed my blog for a while will already know that I am a massive lover of Domino's anyway and the fact that they offer half price pizza to Armed Forces Servicemen makes me love them more. So Saturday night was spent watching a movie and stuffing my face.  After perusing the pizza menu and making our decisions we set off to collect our pizza.

 We went large!!
I had half Vegetarian Supreme and half Metilicious
Dylan went for half Mighty Meat and half Hot & Spicy with stuffed crust

Throw in some Coleslaw, Chicken Wings and a pot of Ben & Jerrys and you've got yourself a feast!!!  Although I didn't go much on the chicken wings, Dylan was all over them.  The pizza was delicious, Dylan wasn't a massive fan of the stuffed crust but at least he gave it a go!  The Ben & Jerry's Phish Food was the icing on the cake.  We then had a very chilled evening watching our film of choice, The Tourist,it was a gooden!

Project 365 #315 - Mama Mio Boob Tube

Day 315 - Mama Mio Boob Tube - This is the newest addition to my pregnancy skin care regime.  So far I've gone through the whole contents of Mama Mio Tummy Rub, Bio Oil, Palmer's Cocoa Butter Tummy Butter, Neal Yards Mother Balm and various body butters from The Body Shop.... whether any of this is actually working I have no idea, I'll let you know once the babe arrives but I have no stretch marks to report as yet!

Apparently this cream works miracles and anyone can use it, you don't have to be preggo! Its a bust and neck firmer and has won a ton of awards.  As my "bad boys" have pretty much doubled in size since being pregnant I felt this would be the perfect product to try, especially after the baby arrives and that dreaded saggy boob syndrome kicks in!!

Spent the morning at the Health Centre today having a glucose tolerance test , its just a precaution as my mum has type 1 diabetes.  We established that I have really bad veins, it was like getting blood from a stone!
